Is Sania’s Engagement will be Last

As you know that sania’s engagement breakup with Shorab Mirza just few month ago and her second engagement celebrated with Sohaib Malik last night, according to news reporter but there may be some confusion with this breaking news.

Indian tennis star Sania Mirza is engaged with Pakistani cricketer. Pakistan former captain Shoaib Malik Sania might tie the knot next month, Geo television reported today that the two sporting superstars have got engaged and their marriage would take place in April, but there was no confirmation from either of the families.

The report came as a surprise in India and repeated phone calls to Sania's father Imran for a confirmation went unanswered. An e-mail query on the development also didn't get any response.

Incidentally, Shoaib was earlier accused of marrying another Hyderabad girl, Ayesha Siddiqui, in 2002 over phone even though the cricketer said he was merely engaged to her. Ayesha's father had also threatened to sue Malik for jilting the girl and not giving her divorce.

The 'Walima' or reception is expected to be held in Lahore on April 16 or 17, according to the channel, which quoted sources as saying that Sania and Shoaib fell in love some six-and-half months ago and it could be the reason for the breaking up of Sania's engagement with childhood friend Sohrab Mirza.

Parth Sarthi Gupta, a teacher at an MCD school and M. S. Kawalia, a retired deputy education officer ( DEO) of the Rohini zone has found guilty for sexual harassment. They were fined only of Rs 75,000. This amount will be paid to the victim as compensation.

Gupta has been fined Rs 50,000 for sexually harassing a fellow teacher at an MCD primary school in West Delhi's Raghubir Nagar. The victim had filed a complaint with the sexual harassment committee of the MCD last year.

The matter was then brought to the notice of MCD commissioner K. S. Mehra, who ordered Gupta to pay the fine.

Kawalia, who retired recently, has been fined Rs 25,000. He was charged with sexually harassing a teacher at an MCD primary school in Rohini Sector 3. He was in service when the charge was brought against him. 'We have received an order to deduct Rs 25,000 from the arrears that Kawalia is entitled to. He was found guilty of sexually harassing a teacher,' a senior MCD official said.

This is the first time that the civic body has taken such a step against its teaching staff involved in sexual harassment cases.

A number of such cases had been reported earlier, but no action was taken against the perpetrators.

According to an MCD official, sexual harassment cases have been reported from the MCD schools in Jafarabad, Preet Vihar and Sultanpuri. ' It is true that most of the cases are not reported. Victims, be it teachers or students, fear social stigma.
In most cases, the guilty are either transferred to another school or suspended for a few days,'the official said.

Vernon Hunter died in Plane crash in Austin IRS Building

Joe Stack committed suicide last week by crashing a small plane into an Austin IRS building, Vernon Hunter, 68, was the only victim who died in crash and 13 others were injured badly. Vernon Hunter, 68, is remembered by friends and family as a joyful person whom they could always rely on.

Hunter was a war veteran and was known as a kind man who tried to help others. Known as "Vern," Hunter grew up in a Southern town far from Austin. He and his brothers gave themselves a special moniker. Neighbors and family say he was the kind of guy who offered Gatorade to trash collectors and people like Stack.

He had a 20-year military career that included two tours of duty in war. One Army officer has kind memories of Hunter. After the military, he joined the IRS in Austin, where he worked with a close family member.

On the day of the crash, Hunter's wife was in the office. She assumed he was missing because he was out "helping others." Hunter was the only victim who died, and 13 others were injured. He had worked for the IRS for more than 20 years.

In her first interviews, the daughter of the plane's pilot initially defended her father (why?) but reacted differently when she heard about Hunter's death.

Though Hunter's family has since expressed forgiveness, one family member spoke out when he heard Stack called a hero. Now Hunter's wife, Valerie, is suing the wife of the pilot.

Petrol and diesel will up By rs. 2.67 and 2.58

According to new Budget Petrol and diesel prices will go up by Rs 2.67 a litre and Rs 2.58 per litre, respectively, Customs duty on petrol and diesel were increased to 7.5 per cent from 2.5 per cent while excise duty was raised by Re 1 a litre to Rs 14.35 and Rs 4.60 per litre on non-branded (normal) petrol and diesel respectively.

The incidence of customs and excise duty would result in petrol prices going up by Rs 2.67 a litre in Delhi and diesel by Rs 2.58 per litre with effect from midnight tonight. Petrol, in Delhi currently, costs Rs 44.72 a litre and diesel Rs 32.92 per litre.

Mukherjee also imposed 5 per cent import duty on crude (currently nil), a move that would impact refiners like Reliance Industries and Essar Oil with their input cost going up.

Reliance Industries' 33 million tons a year refinery catering to domestic market would alone have to bear Rs 5,100 crore because of higher rates. Its other 29 million tons unit is only for exports and does not pay customs duty.

The increase in rates virtually put the Parikh report on fuel pricing reforms in cold storage as implementing the expert group report on freeing petrol and diesel prices would mean a further Rs 4.94 a litre increase in petrol and Rs 3.20 per litre in crease in diesel rates.

after Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Friday raised customs and excise duties on the two, virtually putting the Kirit Parikh Committee report on fuel price in cold storage.

Easy Internet surf in your Hand set by AIRCEL

Aircel to popularise the use of mobile internet have drawn attention to this particular communication platform Aircel's Pocket Internet offers mobile internet services at Rs 14 (for three days) and Rs 98 (for a month).

Other telecom players are actively considering more data packages. But why all this action when, according to data from the Internet & Mobile Association of India, only 4% of the 36 million active internet users in India access the net over their cell phones once a month?

The answer lies in the fact that, while these numbers are small, the usage of internet through cell phones has more than doubled from last year. But it's only recently that serious mobile internet users began to realise that mobile data costs can get overwhelming.

'You need a high-speed data plan on a smart phone. Now, if you exhaust your monthly data usage limit, be prepared to shell out an extra Rs 5 per MB of data exchanged,' he says.

Still, with telecom operators launching data plans, especially for high-end devices like Apple's iPhone and RIM's Blackberry, a consumer is forced to opt for a mobile internet service that's expensive. Arwa Pande, a 28-year-old elementary school teacher, had to opt for a data plan at Rs 499 a month to be able to use mobile internet on her iPhone.

'I was told that, with iPhone, I cannot avail any of the cheaper data plans that start at Rs 99,' she says. The result? Pande ends up paying upwards of Rs 1,500 per month, half of which goes as data charges. 'Fixed data charges for specific smartphones can really inflate the bill. I end up paying something similar to the rate for a PC internet connection, where both the speed and user experience is much better,' she laments.
